Refund policy

At Simran’s, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition you received them

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please contact our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
